Our project focused on revolutionizing contract management and budget control for Indian Oil gas stations situated in Durgapur, West Bengal. We developed a comprehensive contract management system that facilitated efficient tracking of agreements, deadlines, and obligations, while also integrating digital tools for streamlined document management and automated notifications to ensure timely renewals and compliance. Concurrently, robust budget control mechanisms were implemented, enabling meticulous monitoring of expenses and revenue streams through predictive analytics for proactive identification of cost-saving opportunities and prevention of budget overruns. We meticulously designed performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of these measures and conducted regular audits to evaluate adherence to contractual terms and financial guidelines, utilizing dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights into station operations and financial performance. Through seamless collaboration among stakeholders and tailored training sessions, we fostered an environment of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement, ultimately contributing to the sustainable growth and success of Indian Oil gas stations in Durgapur.

Team building and development were key priorities for me as an RM. I focused on recruiting top talent and assembling high-performing sales teams. I provided ongoing training and coaching to enhance the skills and knowledge of my team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional customer service.
